The Italian legislative decree n.116 (Sept. 3, 2020) entered into force on January 1st, 2023. It states that all packaging shall be appropriately labelled according to the methods established by the applicable UNI technical standards and in compliance with the decisions adopted by the EU Commission, to facilitate the collection, reuse, recovery and recycling of packaging, as well as to give consumers correct information on the final destinations of the packaging.
For products distributed in Italy, there is also the obligation to indicate, in order to identify and classify the packaging, the nature of the packaging materials used, on the basis of Commission Decision 97/129/EC.
Todini has informed its suppliers and requested alignment with the legislation and has also collected the information received on the packaging materials and the related numbering and abbreviation systems in accordance with the annex of the European directive.
Todini undertakes to monitor and keep updated the information on this page which contains the environmental labeling necessary for the correct disposal of the packaging of the products supplied.

Todini Chemicals products are stored and transported using packaging complying with transportation and storage requirements. Most of our solid products are available in small bags 10/15/20/25 Kg, 1000 Kg FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container also called big bags) made of woven polyethylene or polypropylene bags. Our products in solution are provided in plastic bottles, buckets, drums and 1 m3 IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) stackable containers.
